  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Each product is handmade and requires a 3-day crafting period before dispatch.

  • Once crafted, products are shipped via our courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on your location.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.

  • We reserve the right to update product prices without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Total time from order to delivery is 6–8 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking details will be shared with you after dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are handmade and customized.

  • Please review your order details carefully before placing an order.

  • In case of damage during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the damaged product and package for assistance.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs or content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Product variations in color, texture, or finish may occur as all items are 100% handmade.
